At Boarding Gate, we want you to love your new gear; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached and accompanied by a proof of purchase.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original labels and protective materials are included to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location or Boarding Gate retail store.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
